Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TRT GOLD, operated by Body Tonic, LLC ("we," "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a US resident in a state where we operate, and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Telehealth Services

TRT GOLD connects patients with independently licensed physicians via the Body Tonic, LLC medical group. Physicians use clinical judgment to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe. A prescription is not guaranteed and is issued only when medically appropriate.

3. Not An Emergency Service

TRT GOLD is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For mental health emergencies, call or text 988.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Initial consult fees, lab fees, and shipping (if applicable) are disclosed at checkout.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of service.

6. Prescription Medications

Federal law restricts dispensing of prescription medications. By law, prescriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. Medications are dispensed by Strive, Empower, Grand Avenue, Signature, a state-licensed pharmacy.

7. Patient Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, complete medical information.
  • Complete required lab work on schedule.
  • Use medications only as prescribed.
  • Report adverse reactions promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Body Tonic, LLC or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months. We disclaim all implied warranties. The platform is provided "as is."

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except where prohibited.
