Pharmacy Disclosure
TRT GOLD is not a pharmacy. We do not manufacture, compound, dispense, or sell prescription medications. If a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, that prescription is filled and shipped directly to you by an independent, third-party U.S.-licensed pharmacy in accordance with applicable state and federal law. You may also elect to have your prescription transferred to a licensed pharmacy of your choice.
Where We Ship
We ship to U.S. states where our partner providers are licensed and where applicable medications can be lawfully prescribed and dispensed. See our State Availability page for current coverage. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to P.O. boxes where prohibited by carrier or DEA requirements.
Processing Time
After your prescription is approved by a licensed provider, the dispensing pharmacy typically processes orders within 2–4 business days. Processing times may vary based on the pharmacy's verification, compounding requirements, and applicable state regulations.
Shipping Method
- Medications ship via a tracked carrier with adult signature required where applicable under DEA, state, or carrier requirements.
- Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after the pharmacy processes the order.
- Cold-chain or temperature-sensitive medications ship in temperature-controlled packaging.
- All shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no medication or condition references on the exterior.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included in your monthly subscription. Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost where offered by the dispensing pharmacy.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Contact info@mybodytonic.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier and the dispensing pharmacy to resolve the issue. Replacement of a lost or damaged prescription is subject to the dispensing pharmacy's policies and applicable law.
Controlled Substances
Where a prescribed medication is a controlled substance, the dispensing pharmacy will comply with all applicable DEA and state-board requirements, including identity verification, signature on delivery, and quantity / refill limitations. Some controlled substances may not be eligible for telehealth prescribing in all states.
International & Eligibility
Services are available only to U.S. residents age 18 and over with a valid U.S. shipping address in a state where our partner providers are licensed. We do not ship internationally.
