Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the visit has been completed. If you are denied treatment by the physician for medical reasons, the consultation fee is non-refundable as you received the medical evaluation service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not prorate partial months.

Prescription Medications

By federal and state law, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, even if unopened. This is a safety regulation that applies to all US pharmacies.

Lab Fees

Lab panel fees are refundable only if the lab order has not yet been processed by our laboratory partner. Once labs are drawn or processed, fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Issues

If your medication is lost in transit, damaged, or arrives incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mybodytonic.com. We will work with the pharmacy and shipping carrier to remedy the issue at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@mybodytonic.com with your order number and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
